I would give 5 stars but I've only been here once. The service was great. The food was great. I even took some home to Yuma where I live. That's right I drove all the way from Yuma to try it out. I used to live in Santee and went to that Marieta's every week for 20 years. There is nothing that good in Yuma and I was really craving their food. They did not disappoint View all feedback.

Went for dinner on 3/9/24 and a huge rat ran across the restaurant. The staff was not concerned at all. We will never go here again. The health department was notified and told me there were a lot of rat droppings in the kitchen area. They only closed for one day. No way it’s free of rats after one Orkin visit. View all feedback.
I believe we were overcharged for the margaritas and foos. My friend threw up twice on the way home after eating here. Will never go back.
I ordered a carne asada quesadilla. The meat was very overcooked and almost inedible. Very disappointing.
Cool little spot to enjoy some good food and a cold beer. Salsa and bean dip is really good, served with fresh chips. Wet set on the bar area had our drinks refilled promptly and were checked on regularly. Chicken fajitas came out sizzling hot and fresh and the Chile Verde burro with beans was delicious.

We had a party of 22 .the service was excellent they had four waiters serving our large party.We couldn't have asked for anything better they were on top of things all the time, an excellent place to eat Mexican
