Be prepared to taste the many different flavors of posh and learn how it is made. I appreciate how the waiter took our order before the Posh demonstration, so that it could cook while we were trying to rehearse by posh. our eating was done when we finished the sampling so that the timing worked perfectly. the food was also delicious!
