Casa Lum, México

El lugar es muy bonito y tiene mucho potencial, pero siento que necesita mejorar en algunos aspectos. Destaco y me encanta que tengan su propia huerta y que los alimentos sean frescos. Fuimos a desayunar y la comida estuvo bien, pero podría ser mejor, ya que la porción de huevos que sirven en el paquete de desayuno no es abundante. Creo que los meseros estaban muy ocupados, porque pedimos el café junto con los alimentos, pero lo trajeron casi cuando ya estábamos por terminar de comer y la calidad del café no era muy buena.

Best Hotel Experience in ALL of Chiapas!!!! I brought my mother to Mexico to celebrate her 77th birthday (was her first time visiting Mexico) and the staff at Casa Lum went out of their way to make it special and an unforgettable experience. All of the staff from check in, housekeepers and restaurant were so genuine and helpful. The hotel is beautiful and relaxing, the rooms are spacious and well designed, and the food was amazing. My mother and I felt so welcomed by everyone and we felt very at home during our stay. I also arranged a massage for my mom via the hotel and they sent a wonderful gentleman named Pedro. My mother says it was the best message she’s ever had. Back in April I received devastating news that I have stage 4 cancer and honestly I wasn’t sure this trip was even going to be possible…thankfully I was able to take my mother on this trip and with the help from the amazing people at casa Lum….this really was a once in a lifetime trip. It will always mean so much to my mother and I and if I’m able to next year….we will return to San Cristobal and Casa Lum. I have so much gratitude for all of the staff at Casa Lum, for they truly are the best!

Very nice breakfast with a waiter Mario with great attention to detail and English. Lovely comfortable spot with good utensils and cloth napkins. Good Croque Madam and guacamole.

Had a great stay at Casa Lum! The hotel's central location near bars, restaurants, and attractions was convenient (10-12 min walk). Professional staff, impeccable service, and a focus on sustainability. The room was beautiful but a bit small and cold. Delicious complimentary breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.
