Due to retirement and as of September 10, 2023, Jacinto restaurant bar, in San Clemente de La Mancha in Cuenca, definitively ceases its hotel activity.
I thought this was a very pleasant bar/cafe. The, presumably owner, greeted us as we arrived and the staff were very friendly. Food is not 5 star but perfectably acceptable and the location is brilliant. My one problem would be that I ordered a glass of wine and received a bottle, but I managed . It was a surprise to book for lunch and end up having a snack. It is a detail that they leave enough time between the first and the second so that you can digest. Although the food is good (although scarce) and the waiter was very attentive, I do not recommend it because they have been extremely slow in service; We ordered 4 menus and it took 2 hours and 23 minutes to be served.
