A few weeks ago, I visited this restaurant and had the most delicious caramel frappuccino I've ever tasted. It was so good that I make the effort to come back to this special place, even though it's not the closest to my home. There is a barista here who is truly exceptional, like the Michael Jordan of baristas. His name is Nico and he definitely deserves a raise. I plan on returning frequently. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The barista was not wearing his mask properly while preparing my drink. Despite being told by a superior to adjust his mask, he did not listen. I believe the fault lies with the restaurant for not giving proper attention to their workers. This is not the first time I have seen this barista working without a properly worn mask. Nicholas, the manager/barista, was very nice, polite and knows how to make his job. excellent customer service!
The service can be slow cause they are busy chatting with other barista. Can understand if chatting with customer.
I love the people there. They always ask how my kiddos are and always get my orders correct
Be prepared to wait 25 minutes in the drive-thru at this restaurant. They are slower at making coffee than In-N-Out is at making burgers. Even when they aren't very busy, they take forever to take your order at the speaker and don't apologize for the wait. This has been my experience every time I've been to this location. Avoid going here unless you have plenty of time to spare.
Their service is very disorganized. I ordered a sandwich and a drink through their mobile app. The drink was prepared promptly, but they forgot about the sandwich. Instead of addressing the mistake, they started making 10 other hot items while I waited for a long time. The staff member who was delivering food to customers assured me they would check on my order but never returned. It seems like they either need additional staff, more experienced employees, or a new manager to improve their operations.
