This hidden gem of a Starbucks inside Target is a real find. While many Starbucks locations in town are difficult to access with busy parking lots and long wait times, this one is a breeze to get to and there is rarely a line. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
It is completely unacceptable that this restaurant ran out of whipped cream, especially considering the high price they charge ($4.80) for a small latte that includes whipped cream. View all feedback.
My friend said they've changed up their recipe and it used to taste more birthday cakey, which she preferred better. However, I liked the latte! I thought it would be super sweet considering the name, but it wasn't an overpowering amount to sugar. I could still taste the coffee and my morning quench was satisfied. The latte was so pretty and full of rainbow happiness!
This establishment is the worst in the entire chain due to its mismanagement. It is often out of items with no communication at the counter, and there are long wait times even when there is no line. The staff should be more attentive or the restaurant should be closed to maintain the reputation of the chain.
I have mixed feelings about this place. I'm not sure if they have new staff, but I have been disappointed with several orders lately. The coffee is either too bitter or too weak. I suspect that the last pumpkin spice latte I had was just flavored hot milk.

If you prefer consistency, this restaurant may not meet your expectations. However, I enjoy the unique touch each employee adds to the syrups, caramel, and other ingredients, resulting in a powerful caffeine kick that helps combat the mid-afternoon slump.
