Fresh olive oil is a staple in our house. We love Oliver's. Also, my favorite olive oil based soaps, and gourmet popcorn.

Stopped in to get a bottle of specialty olive oil and walked out with 4 bottles of specialty balsamic vinegar...plus the oil. Great tasting room for all their products...quality gourmet olive oils and balsamic vinegars, in house seasoning blends and terrific service...casual cook or chef...Oliver's is a must stop while in San Clemente.

We did the cooking class with Pete and it was so fun and fantastic! Brenda the owner is so sweet and Pete the chef is hilarious and makes awesome food. The selection of balsamic and olive oils is insane! They're all so amazing and delicious. Loved every one I tried. Pete incorporated several of the balsamics and olive oils into the dishes he made and they were all so amazing. Thank you, guys, for your hospitality and for showing us a great time!! Next time I'm bringing a note pad to write the recipes down... I'm going to be craving that Tom Ka dish and dragon fruit cheesecake for the rest of my life!!! We will be back
