Last night, we placed six separate orders using the Domino's App and none of them were delivered. After calling the store, the staff member claimed they had no record of our orders. Despite requesting a cancellation, we were still charged as shown by our bank statements this morning. When we contacted the manager, they were unhelpful and refused to reverse the charges. They really need help, driver took 40 minutes to get to my house. I called to get an update where this driver is and was told the driver will call me right a away, no call instead the driver showed up and never rang the door bell leaving the food outside, cold wish there was a zero

Great food but why is my food being quality checked for 20 minutes. I don't even know what that is.
This Domino's location has consistently done fantastic work for a long time. The staff are friendly and the service is top-notch. Thank you for your hard work!
