What User doesn't like about Edwin's Carmel:
The food was subpar. They were out of the oxtail, their most popular dish. The server failed to tell us the specials (which we absolutely would’ve ordered), but he absolutely vultured over the table behind us. It kind of seemed to me that because the table behind us looked like two very well to do couples with a lot of money, and we were dressed much more casually, that the server decided to take better care of them.... The dining experience at Edwin's was a delightful explosion of flavors. The menu offered a fantastic combination of dishes inspired by southeast Asian cuisine. The service was exceptional, with all the staff being incredibly friendly, especially Dexter. He truly enhanced our visit and made it a fantastic one.
We had a great time at this restaurant! The food and service were excellent, and we loved the Asian fusion dishes made with local farmer's market ingredients. The live music added to the enjoyable atmosphere. Our family had a wonderful evening and we highly recommend this place.
The food was excellent! The flavors were perfectly combined and I especially enjoyed the live piano music.
Stumbled on this gem of a place. Loved meeting the Chef Dexter and enjoyed the Chef’s island basket he did for us. Being Filipino we were all impressed as all items were delicious with authentic flavor. We will definitely be back whenever we visit our family in Carmel.
Great live music excellent flavorful food! Kid friendly. We really enjoyed our evening and would definitely go back!
