What Ghazal K doesn't like about Kabul Afghan Cuisine:
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the positive reviews online I found the food to be far from authentic and extremely overpriced. I expected a more authentic and flavorful dining experience for the amount of money I spent. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly authentic and delicious meal save your money and dine elsewhere. View all feedback. Kabul in San Carlos is located in a strip mall off El Camino. Unassuming but the food! We love the Kadu (side entree of pumpkin with yogurt sauce and sautéed hamburger in top). Also the Quabili pulaw which is a rice dish mixed with raisin and lamb and carrots. It’s our go to place when we have out of town guests who want to eat something ethnic.
