Our server and his trainee were terrible. What kind of server makes a hand gesture to a guest to hand him over his empty plate? Server came to the table three times to see if we had put a card in the bill fold even though one of us was still eating. Doesn’t BJ’s have a training manual? What Grace doesn't like about Bj's Brewhouse San Bruno:
The food was good, however, we ordered an appetizer but it came out with our entrees. We also waited for 20 minutes after we finished eating for our check and boxes. The waiter avoided us and just sat by the bar watching TV. View all feedback.
The food is overly spicy, and the menu options are not very appealing. We've encountered several issues with the service, including staff taking breaks during our meal.
I recently had an incredible dining experience with the best service and food recommendations I've encountered in a long time. The staff offered us a complimentary dessert, explaining that my wife's salad had been delayed.
The service was extremely disappointing. Although our appetizer arrived, we were not provided with any plates or napkins. When our main dishes finally came, we still had no napkins or utensils. We waited and waited, and my husband became quite frustrated.
Very good service, they let our large party stay for awhile with no questions asked. Some of us went to the bar for happy hour prices, 3pm til 7pm
Service is horrible. I will not be coming back nor recommending it. We are still waiting for our food. One person at our table was served and already...
