We have been there several times for many different occasions (both to have lunch and dinner and we've never been disappointed. Service in nice and people are really kind and hospitable. The place itself is really cozy, clean and typical for the place (as it is in the countryside near Agrigento , toilets are really clean and there's even warm water from the tap. We've eaten both standard (i.e. starters, two pasta main courses, one meat main course, one side dish and à la carte menu, which vary a lot depending on the stagional fresh ingredients they buy. My favourite courses are starters, as they're really traditional and they're made just like people did it 50 years ago (like my GrandMa did! . Aubergeens are the best starters along with ricotta cheese, which is always fresh and it is bought daily from a farmer just a few steps away from the restaurant. Meat is also always fresh and really tasty, and it varies seasonally. Unfortunately, vegetarian and vegan menus are not yet available, but you can ask for veggie dishes anyway and they will be happy to help you in your meal's choice. La trattoria offre un'esperienza decente per chi cerca una cena senza fronzoli. L'ambiente è piacevole e il personale è cordiale, sebbene talvolta possa risultare un po' affrettato.
