I absolutely adore this place! If you're in the mood for soup and salad, this is the spot for you. The staff is very friendly, and they offer free refills on soda and lemonade.

One of my favorite spots! This buffet has an amazing variety of options to choose from. They offer salads, pastas, soups, and baked goods. It can be a bit pricey, so I recommend using coupons to save some money.

This is the best-managed healthy buffet chain in the world—only Fresca in Spain comes close! There's an impressive 80 feet of dual salad bars, a variety of soups with plenty of meat options, fresh pasta, muffins, desserts, drink stations, and yogurt. The place is spotless, budget-friendly, and they even offer weekly email discounts. The staff is friendly, and the management is attentive, always striving to ensure a great experience and valuing customer feedback. I’ve been visiting since their opening in San Diego in 1978, going to different locations two to three times a week. I rarely catch a cold and maintain my health, because you really are what you eat!

Excellent broccoli and Apple Walnut salads. Chicken soup and Chili Beans are great. Great variety of salad and soups and their always warm.

Easy to access food. The choices lacked, although I believe because of different menus for lunch and dinner. Great taste of the food, the soups especially.
