Some customers complained about loud music, kids running around, burnt fajita veggies, and cold dry meals. Others enjoyed attentive service, creative menu options, and great cocktails. Customer experiences range from being displeased due to running out of food during Thanksgiving to satisfied with the variety of foods at a buffet. While some have had to deal with unpleasant restroom smells, others were pleased with the servers and options for vegan diets. Customers range from disappointed to content with their overall experience at El Torito.
Amazing dinner! The bacon wrapped shrimp appetizer was more like a jalapeno popper with shrimp. The fajita plate is as amazing as it looks!
Amazing food, first time there and will be going back
Our server was polite and checked on us regularly. Haven’t been to the buffet in years and went for the Sunday brunch buffet and was very pleased with the variety of food that was offered. Will be back again thank you for everything. I don’t remember my server name but she was awesome.
Everyone's meals were delicious great looking presentation.
Took my mom to brunch and we had a really good time and the food was excellent.
