El Pollo Loco - San Bernardino

The 8-piece meal was fantastic, served with rice and beans. It provided two lunches for our family of three.

I really enjoy the flavor of El Pollo Loco, but I've noticed that the chicken portions seem smaller lately. I used to get a thicker, juicier thigh, but it doesn't seem that way anymore. I give 4 stars for taste and 5 stars for service.

I bought a taco salad. I was betrayed that they had no shrimp, but the chicken was on the point. I didn't think it was a double chicken. They were nice and helpful, even if I did another job for chips and guacamole.

It was $28 for 12 pieces mixed chicken. No pages. No tortillas. I really wanted chicken breast so I asked to be mixed. Legs and thighs were just like $3 cheaper. It would be better to go to Stater Bros and get a whole Rotisserie chicken for $6-$12. I had a couple of vouchers, but they went out so I couldn't use them. If they hadn't expired, that would be the only time I'd go back here because the coupons from the mail were a good deal, but without coupons. I wouldn't come back.

Ordered a classic chicken burrito combo with an order of churros. I was omw to AZ so I didn't start eating until I got rolling on the freeway to give it time to cool....They forgot my chicken in the burrito. It was just beans rice I asked for cabbage so it had that, but no chicken. I opened the foil to eat my churros no cinnamon either. I was already on the road so I couldn't go back but I was highly upset.
