Chili's Grill - San Bernardino

The food is great and the staff are nice and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the place leaves much to be desired, with dirty walls and floors.

Overall, I had a good experience at the restaurant. The food was delicious, and the gentleman who seated us was friendly. The person who served our food and drinks was also pleasant. However, the waitress who took our order was not friendly at all, which made me hesitant to leave a tip. I wasn't sure if the tip would go to her or to the person who actually brought out our food and drinks, so I ended up leaving one anyway. I would definitely return because I really enjoy the food they offer. They could improve their cleanliness, though, as the area around the tables and the card payment machine was a bit dirty.

For me, music is a big part of the dining experience, and they were playing some great oldies while the sports games played on the TVs. The service was excellent, and the food was fantastic—full of flavor and very enjoyable. Our meals came out quickly and were served with a smile. I plan to return to see if this experience was just a lucky fluke, but I definitely recommend giving Chili's a try!

The food was excellent! I remember taking a picture after really indulging in the delicious dishes. The server provided attentive and outstanding customer service.
