Everest - SAN BARTOLOMEO AL MARE

That's about all that is attractive: eating outdoor in the church square you have an enchanting views over the ancient parish and the Cervo skyline, and no traffic or parking are allowed within the area. The unwritten menu is limited to a primo (usually spaghetti with seafood) and a main course (fish of the day). It is also possible to have some meat. Plastic chairs and metal tables are all but luxurious. The cuisine is fair and service is polite. The bill is rightly in the low quadrant.

We ate here with our kids. Everest (the owner's name IS Everest provided us with the best shrimp spaghetti we've ever had (and plain fresh tomato pasta for the kids as well as very good fish. We were the only guests so he had time to chat with us and tell us about his name and which olive oil is the best his own of course ; Best place in San Bartolomeo.

This little restaurant with just a view tables, which lays on a small square next to the church is soooo much better then all the tourist places at the boulevard of San Bartolomeo. They have a limited menu but if you like genuine Italian food with great taste, this is the place.

This is a wonderful little restaurant at a little square with good genuine Italian classics. There is no menu but today's dishes are presented to you by the kind and humorous owner. Only open in the evening and you need to book a table in advance. We loved it!

We really liked it. Very good home-made food. We were there twice because of pasta, fish and italian meatballs. Also nice atmosphere eating out in Piazza Rovere beside little beautiful Church!
