Arrived here for an afternoon drink. Looked a good spot to watch the world go by as it is up a flight of steps and overlooks the promenade. We were greeted by the owner who was a bit sarcastic when he brought our order. Maybe...just his way. Drinks were fine but the seats looked dirty and the cushions lacking in padding. Pascal is a very friendly and happy owner. Even though it was quiet he was happy and joking. The terrace if the bar has stunning views over the harbour towards the marina. Drinks are good value ! View all feedback.
