Wing Daddy's Sauce House - San Antonio

I have dined at this restaurant twice now. The first time was for lunch a while back, and although the service was slow, everything was great. However, tonight's experience was disappointing. I don't blame our server, but half of my food was cold while the other half was warm. It was strange that four of my boneless wings were cold while the other four were hot, and half of my sweet potato fries were warm while the other half was cold. It seemed like some items were fresh and others were old. Two of my kids' chicken tenders were very dry, but they enjoyed the waffles. My son's burger and fries were okay. My husband's BBQ wings were decent, but the Caribbean Jerk wings lacked flavor. Our server was visibly busy, while others seemed to be just hanging out. The atmosphere was nice but a bit loud, and the bathroom was out of paper towels. I'm unsure if we will give this place another try, but if we do, I will update my review. On a side note, both times my dad ordered the sampler platter and enjoyed it.

I had an absolutely amazing experience from start to finish at this restaurant! We were warmly greeted at the entrance and warmly welcomed at our table. Our server was attentive and happy to see us when we sat down. The drinks were delicious and cold, and the food was hot and served promptly. I have to give a special mention to the manager Guillermo, who not only made several rounds to check on us, but was also very helpful with his staff. It's clear that the friendly atmosphere at this restaurant stems from the top down. I will definitely be returning for another great experience as soon as possible!

The experience at the restaurant has been excellent lately. The staff is attentive, the food is fresh, and the place is clean! I recommend asking for the manager in training (Guillermo) as he took good care of us. Our table was well-attended and the staff was also attentive to other tables. I will definitely return when I have the chance. This restaurant was in need of help, but it seems like they have stepped up their game now.

My wife and I come to this restaurant every Friday. We are big fans of the food, the atmosphere, and the amazing wait staff, especially Marcus who always ensures our order is perfect. We highly recommend the location on Potranco. My favorite dish is the smoked wings with the "Cilantro Lime" flavor. Keep up the great work, Marcus!

I love this place, it probably has the best wings I've had in this area. I've been here a few times now and the staff is exceptional. They are very friendly and the manager always checks on everyone to make sure they are enjoying their experience. The prices are just right and this place will definitely be our new go-to hangout spot. Check it out if you haven't already!
