STAY AWAY! This whataburger location is probably one of the worst in San Antonio. Food was colder than the drinks and buns were soggy, didnt receive the cookies ordered with the kids meal and didnt receive the drink for one of the meals. One of the best burgers! The apple cranberry salad is great for the few!
I had an online order to my vehicle, unfortunately due to the weather lightening, as the assignment could not curb. What's okay is no problem with my legs and I had my mask ready, I went to the store to pick up the order. I have to say that it seemed like everyone didn't want to cook today... lol. This means that the personnel had to pick up equipment for demand. I could see that they did everything and all hands on deck to get orders out. Some people understood and others not as much as we waited. I have to say I am impressed by their efforts and commitment. You are amazing and determined to do the job and you have my praise for it. Thank you for preparing my meal as soon as possible!! My family and I appreciate you... management deserves a reward as well as the staff! They treated the 7pm dinner rush with positive energy. Made order through app and this is the second time I?m asked to move forward after getting to the window. Mind you I was already waiting 10 min past the time it said it?d be ready and I know I ordered before the three people in front of me but they stillasked me to pull forward. I didn?t move and asked why because my order should be ready. When they went to check I could see thembagging the order cuz they were in the wrong. Someone needs to be teaching these people what curbside means or if you orderahead.
Went during lunch time, took about 5 minutes to answer the order taking speaker. Finally ordered a meal. Didn?t get a straw with my drink and also didn?t offer any ketchup with my large fries. The spicy chicken sandwich wasn?t so bad.
