Whataburger - San Antonio

The burgers are great but it seems no matter what time of day or what day it is everytime I ask for their shake special it's always our machine is down ugh! That was then my first time back in awhile go there a lot with delivery service and they for the most part have it together. Personally went today for dinner and they took great care fast efficient and sadly only had enough for what burger Jr this time

Accidentally went to the wrong location for curbside order, call this store and they were more than happy to have me come to this location and remake the order. Great customer service and I’m very thankful for the help! :

Food was good as usual for whataburger but the staff was a little curt and sounded slightly annoyed having to take orders

David in the drive through was amazing. He had outstanding customer service and was very knowledgeable of the menu items. Our food was prepared quick!

I've been to quite a few Whataburgers living here in Texas, because of course. However, this Whataburger in particular stands out as one of the best. First off, the whole restaurant was super clean, so that's a big plus to me. Secondly, the food came out pretty fast. Thirdly, the fries were fresh, hot and crispy just like my wife and I love them. The burgers were made well, super juicy and delicious and not all messy like they sometimes can be at other locations. We used the Whataburger app to get a free #2 and free onion rings, so that was awesome too, because the onion rings were super fresh and crispy just like the fries and all around the whole meal hit the spot and I've never been more satisfied. Lastly, the staff from the cooks to the cashiers all seemed super nice and that goes a long way. TLDR; this location is hands down the best I've been too. Keep up the great work!
