Alright, Night Crew, you have my blessings! Everything was fresh today. Who was back there? I really appreciate the hot, fresh burger that was made just right, along with the fresh fries. I don't even need pictures because it's almost all gone! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
This is a 24-hour location, so if you’re on a late shift, it might be one of your few options for a meal, but if your lunch break is under an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes, you’d be better off bringing lunch from home or seeking out a food truck, as you'll likely spend most of your break waiting in line.

Came through and ordered one honey butter chicken biscuit and a number 1? We got three chicken biscuits with cheese slices????? And the girl in the drivethru window was high as a kite . Yikes
There are no napkin dispensers anywhere in the restaurant. It seems like the new manager is trying to cut costs by skimping on napkins. I ordered the chili cheeseburger and fries, but I had to get up twice during my meal to ask for more napkins. Eventually, on my third round, I just waited in line for the bathroom and grabbed a long piece of brown paper towel from the dispenser there. I will definitely not be coming back! If you do decide to eat here, make sure to bring your own paper towels!
The staff didn't show any better attitude; they seemed to dislike their jobs. When I asked to place an order, the manager simply said yes and then walked away. It was disheartening to see such behavior from someone in a managerial position. Whataburger, how do you choose people like this to represent your brand? It was embarrassing to be singled out for just celebrating Halloween. I looked for any signs of a dress code but found none. Other customers even approached me to express how rude the manager was. It was Halloween, after all! I love Whataburger and have always enjoyed their food, but clearly, customer service isn’t a priority for them. This situation made me feel sick to my stomach. I will be reaching out to corporate about this and will not be returning to this location.
I will never return to this restaurant. While I was placing my order, I witnessed a disturbing scene where several staff members, including males, were engaged in a heated argument with a young woman inside the ladies' restroom. I could hear her shouting, "I'm just trying to use the restroom!" At that moment, a gentleman exited the restroom and was also unjustly reprimanded. One staff member kept yelling, "I'm not going to clean up after you!" Eventually, the woman emerged, and it turned out she was a delivery driver picking up an order. When my order was finally ready, I had to go back because they had gotten it wrong. I am utterly appalled by what this establishment considers customer service. The harassment in the restroom by the staff was completely unacceptable.
I highly recommend this Whataburger, today the lady in the morning Drive thru, she is always nice and friendly smile. Today she went out of her way and beyond! We ordered Cobb Salad with Grill Chicken. She told us that is going to be a 9 minute wait,we said it's ok,we wait. So when it was time to pay for our order, she said I took care of it. I was giving her the money. She said I took care of it. I was like Wow!That was so nice of her. I was, like she made our morning. Give this lady a Raise!
