Ordered 35.00 worth of food , waited nearly 40 minutes. Inside the store , I understand that her name was Angelina,and she was absolutely terrible. She told me she was out of product , and had to wait for it. She could've let us know from the beginning.She told me to have a great holiday season. The entire night crew 100% needs to be fired! I?ve been having to go to this Whataburger every morning after work because I don?t have time to go anywhere else and not once in the past two weeks have they gotten my order correct! And like I said Idon?t have the time to go back. I?m going to have to get with corporate and discuss how they are going to make things right.
For future reference, this whataburger isn't that good. My food was made twice and both times not cooked all the way. My cheese was not melted both times, my first burger came out super cold. The lady gave me some attitude once I pointed out my burger wascold and the second time only my buns were hot not even the meat was warm. I've been to a lot of whataburgers all over texas andthis was the worst experience I've ever had. Try another whataburger for a better experience. I could go on about the servicebeing bad as well but not worth my time.
We had a great experience at this restaurant! We placed our order through the app, and it was delivered to our car promptly. Everything we ordered was accurate and well-prepared. The staff member who brought our food was polite and friendly. The only minor issue was that there were no napkins in the bag. Overall, we were very satisfied!
It must have been my lucky day. On Thursday morning at 6:15 AM, I decided to use the Whataburger app to place my order for the first time. I submitted my order 12 minutes before I left home to head to work, opting for the Spicy Honey Butter Chicken Biscuit with Hash Brown Sticks. Normally, this location has an extremely long drive-thru line and wait times, which is why I had always avoided it. But when I arrived, to my surprise, the place was completely empty! Not a single car in the drive-thru and no one in line inside. I was really impressed that my order was already bagged and ready for me. I was in and out in less than two minutes. The manager on duty was very friendly, and the grill cook who peeked out also had a warm smile. These guys truly made my day! Plus, the meal was delicious! I’ll definitely be back for another breakfast adventure.

She informed me that they were out of a product and that I would need to wait for it. It would have been nice if she had communicated this from the start. As she wished me a great holiday season, I even offered to pay for my order, despite the long wait.
