Whataburger - San Antonio

I want to congratulate the manager of this store. I was just over there and there had been a power outage that may have caused the cash registers to not work properly. Rather than send the 3 cars on home the manager made the call provide customers with the meal they had ordered on the drive-thru. This was a very admirable call this manager put the needs of the clients first. I give this 5 star review not because my meal was not charged but because it is refreshing to see that Whataburger hires personnel with high standards who are efficient and can make difficult decisions without hesitation to make sure the customer needs are met. This is what makes a company great. Thank you for a very pleasant experience.

I 've said this before, if you don 't like the slower service, go in and apply for a job and fix it! I 've never had a problem, and the people here (either at 6AM or 6PM) are always so friendly. I 'm giving them an A for effort. I always get what I orderand they make the best chocolate malts!

OMG...!!!! My first time ordering and eating here, and the person taking care of me and my cousin was outstanding. He took the time to speak to us about the menu and explained the top choices vs the variations in the menu. Like I never had someoneactually take the time to do this. I'm super grateful and a very happy customer. Thank you so much Cory for helping us andtaking the time. I will definitely be coming back.

It is one of the cleanest, fastest, friendly Whataburgers I have ever been to! Staff was great, food was great. No wait and food was nice and hot

This location is super good. Food is fresh and the restaurant is clean. Employees are super friendly. They offered condiments and refilled my drink without me having to ask. Great dine-in experience.
