Whataburger - San Antonio

My order took around 25 minutes to arrive, and I only discovered it was ready when I went up to the counter. Meanwhile, I saw an employee casually walk out with food and start eating. The customer service was really disappointing, and the managers seemed to be idle. I won't be returning to this location.

I 've said this before, if you don 't like the slower service, go in and apply for a job and fix it! I 've never had a problem, and the people here (either at 6AM or 6PM) are always so friendly. I 'm giving them an A for effort. I always get what I orderand they make the best chocolate malts!

It may no longer be locally owned, but the burgers are still fantastic!

I was having a rough day when a girl approached me with a sweet little note and a milkshake cookie. Whataburger is a very clean and bustling place, but what really stood out were the generous and kind people who work here. Thank you to the girl who brightened my day—I wish I had caught your name! You will always have a special place in my heart.

The friendly gentleman at the register assisted me with my order since it was our first visit. The burgers were tasty, the fries were okay, and the onion rings were absolutely delicious. However, the highlight was the exceptional service!
