My friend and I came to brunch on Saturday and didn't have the best experience. As soon as we sat our waitress, we immediately asked if we were ready to order. We needed a few minutes to get our drinks. After we had ordered that they did not come back with our food for 45 minutes, while all the others who sat after us received their food. When she came back with our food, it was room temperature and it wasn't our entire order. At best, the portions were moderate and did not taste what they cost. My pancakes melted as if they came out of the freezer and were small. I was disappointed in this experience, but the only silver lining was that the manager our bill because of the bad service. I wouldn't recommend coming here if I were honest.

Jasmine, I started coming to Tommy on a regular basis when an employee brought me to the restaurant. Jasmine was our waitress she is excellent! Pretty, prompt and always a big smile. Great food at Tommy, too? You have 100 points for the health inspection!

I started coming to this restaurant a couple of years ago and will be a faithful customer. I have gone to other locations and the Tommy's on Silicon dr. blows them away. The service has always been EXCEPTIONAL! NELA is one of the reasons I keep coming here. Her customer service is EXCELLENT, every time I see her, she always has a smile on her face and always friendly and cordial. Food is great, service is always fast. Doesn't matter how busy they are, their servers are always glad to see you. One of the best restaurants in San Antonio!!!
