Tiago's Cabo Grille - San Antonio

Okay, I never thought I'd make a bad assessment here. But here it is. Ordered food from the door today, again like that. Did Mike call to explain it and he says it doesn't happen, Mike?

The best way to describe this restaurant would be, slightly better than Chili?s. It is the same type of Mexican-American type of food with a slightly higher edge on quality. I can?t give the restaurant more than 3 stars because the salmon was pretty dry and had a straw-like feel towards the edges. The taste was fine but the texture was just off, it felt over cooked and was probably frozen. The drinks were pretty good, standard for a place like this. Our server was super nice though! Probably the only reason I would consider coming back.

Chips and salt hot/fresh? We ordered nachos combo chicken and beef Really good? Service was awesome Theo was are waiter? I ordered fajitas combo chicken/beef Two drinks 1st dragon fruit margarita 2nd margarita with wine was really good My husband had enchiladas and fajita plate Over all 5 stars MUST STOP if you are in the area !!!!

Love the atmosphere and the menu. Do many choices and different from other Mexican Restaurants, which is one of the reasons we love it. And if you can, make sure Matt is your server on Friday or Saturday night! He's amazing.

First time to try this place and we LOVED IT!! Everything we ordered was fabulous. They have a huge menu and drink menu is great too. The calamari was the best I've had. We tried several different Appetizers and all were great. The Mexican street corn was fabulous and so were the entrees we chose as well. The chocolate cake ice cream was amazing. I'm ready to go back alrdy!!!!
