The Cajun Coffee Shack - San Antonio

Just have to be honest here, the coffee sucked. I got a banana crème blended coffee and I definitely will be trashing it. I offered my entire family it but no one wanted it and everyone also agreed it was terrible. The little place does look cool tho so I will def give more start for the atmosphere but as far as the reason I came coffee yeah this is not it lol also I wonder why they call it Cajun coffee when they have 1 item in the menu that represents Louisiana the voodoo something. I’m throwing this in the garbage and hitting up Starbucks I guess lol

Although the line gets a bit long, it's easy to see why! The coffee here is delicious and everyone is always very friendly! There are two lines available to go through so you won't have too long of a wait. Plan your exit accordingly since turning Left on Potranco can be difficult. Highly recommend!Food: 5/5

I found Cajin Coffee last year and absolutely loved it! I would come at least 2 or 3 timed a week. I've tried almost every coffee on the menu. Over the last few months though I've noticed a change in quality and it's not in a good way. My go to drink is a Iced Creme Brulee and the last few times I've gotten it the drink is luke warm, with a burnt coffee taste and no flavor. It just tasted like watered down burnt coffee. Today I ordered a Iced Cinnamon Roll, and again it was luke warm, no flavor in it and tasted burnt. I'm really sad to see this happening and with their most recent post on Instagram about how their struggling makes me concerned for the future. I'm giving it 4 stars because I believe with feed back they can improve. I've loved the coffee before and the service is always great. I think they are just in a funk right now. I will try going again in a week or two to see if quality has improved and if it does I'll update my review :

Such a cute shop! I got an Aloha Mocha and it’s so delicious. Feels like I’m drinking some luxury chocolate candies in liquid form.The staff are so friendly and have the cutest accessories. And the price for the sizes of their cups beats any other typical coffee shop! Definitely recommend! Absolutely coming back. :

I tried finding a number for you guys but no where to be found. the service that i got today was horrible. I order a latte with white chocolate mocha, vanilla and amaretto and instead i got a regular coffee with the flavors. this is not how a latte is supposed to taste and i only know because I use to work with coffee three years. very unhappy and want my money back
