It's one of the few places in town where you can find an excellent higado encebollado (liver onions) taco, and let me tell you, it's surprisingly delicious! Don't be put off by the idea of liver and onions in a taco until you've given it a chance it's a unique flavor combination that works amazingly well, I ask for mine in a lightly fried handmade corn tortilla.But that's not all this place has to offer. Another personal favorite of mine is their crispy tripa mini tacos. These little wonders are crunchy, flavorful, and they pack them generously. It's a must try for any taco enthusiast.The atmosphere is casual and cozy, and the staff is friendly and eager to help. It's a great spot to relax and enjoy some truly authentic tacos.So, if you're in the mood for a taco adventure, head over to this place and give their higado encebollado a try. Price has gone up but that's every where. Great food, the staff is very friendly been coming here since it was Jalisco's. Guessing new owners but it's still the same great place. It's a very popular spot still. And how is continues..
