Taco Bell - San Antonio

I would give this restaurant a 0 if I could. I understand that late nights can be tough, but that's no excuse for such poor service. Our orders had no meat in them at all! I will never return to this location, the employees clearly do not care about their job.

I placed an online order at this restaurant and had a complicated request, as I needed to customize certain burritos for my kids. Often, with fast food orders, there are mistakes, but not at this place. They had my order ready when I arrived and labeled the burrito wrappers with the correct contents. The customer service was also excellent.

I want to thank everyone at this Taco Bell with kisses. At another Taco Bell, they made my vegetarian order with meat, but at this location, they not only remade it for free, but also gave me a complimentary drink and side. The staff here is always very friendly and accommodating when correcting orders. I love them!

Adrianna at the drive thru window on Thursday Sept 1st at around 630pm, was friendly she greeted me with kindness. When I asked if this restaurant offered military discount she politely said yes. Most restaurants in San Antonio their employees frown when I ask if they offer military discounts. Thank you Taco Bell on Potranco Stevens Parkway for hiring such a nice employee.

Consistently messing up orders then arguing they didn't. This is the 4th bad experiance out of 5 visits, so i think its time to give it up. Its a shame because they are so close to home. Never had so much trouble with a taco bell it's almost worth driving another 15 min to the next one in rush hour traffic.
