This review is specifically for Jaila or Jayla (they always seem to spell it wrong). They always double-check my order if needed. They don't just assume I meant something about the location. They are willing to accommodate any special requests. If something isn't right, they let me know. They don't just say "okay" and brush off feedback, they actually try to address any concerns. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
Every time I order a cafe vanilla frappuccino at this location, it's not made the right way. I asked if it had coffee in it, because it didn't taste like it and the color looked way too light. I also added a shot of espresso, so there is no way it should look this light. View all feedback.

They were very friendly and patient with. us and our difficult order
With an hour to wait, dropped into Starbucks in the clinic for a regular cup of coffee and an almond croissant for under $5.00. Even though $3.25 seems high for a croissant, this is one of the BEST I have ever eaten. Laced with almonds, flakey pastry, and a buttery tasty. Changes my mind on Starbucks pastries.
I would give this restaurant zero stars if I could. My husband and I ordered an iced green tea and a s'mores frappuccino, but neither were made correctly. While we were okay with the tea mistake, we asked for the frappuccino to be remade as it was watery and lacked flavor. I observed the barista make the drink a second time, but she still made it incorrectly (having worked at Starbucks for three years, I knew the recipe and measurements). The drink was once again incorrect and flavorless. We ultimately left without our s'mores frappuccino because it was undrinkable. It was pointless to ask for it to be remade a third time as it was clear the barista did not know how to make it correctly. My advice to the management is to ensure that baristas are properly trained on the recipes and follow them. This was a disappointing experience.
