Starbucks - San Antonio

The experience was average. They had run out of chocolate for making mochas and hot chocolate, so I settled for a peppermint hot chocolate. It was okay, but it tasted a bit diluted to me. The service seemed understaffed and slow. The outdoor tables were not very clean. However, I will give them the benefit of the doubt since I visited around 7PM. The location is convenient and overall it was acceptable.

The restaurant should focus more on accuracy with orders. I ordered a Venti iced white mocha latte but received a Grande instead. However, everything else tasted great. The pink drink was filled with plenty of strawberries. The location is good and convenient. The line to place my order was long, but surprisingly, I received my order quickly once it was placed.

I usually frequent Starbucks, but I had a disappointing experience at this particular location. While the majority of the staff were pleasant, one male employee wearing glasses was exceptionally rude. When I simply asked for my order number, he responded rudely and told me to get a refund and leave. Behavior like his reflects poorly on a reputable company like Starbucks. I was very disappointed and would not recommend this location to anyone until employees like him are no longer there.

Typical Starbucks. Nothing spectacular, but they did their job fairly well. Mainly younger people working that do decent, but not exceptional. It?s very close and handy to the nearby mall, as well as some tourist things, including the local hop on hop off bus tour operation which stops at around 19 locations (citysightseeingsanantonio.com which allows food and drink), so if you want a quick something, this is a close by place to grab what your after. Place was fairly clean and modern. If you?re happy with the typical and average Starbucks, this one will likely serve you just fine. And again, it?s close and handy to some nearby attractions that you may already be participating in, so this place would work great to grab what you want and board a bus.

This Starbucks is only good if you just want a drink to go. Interior is meh and drinks were okay. Nonetheless, it is conveniently located in downtown SA. Wait time is more than other Starbucks cafes.
