Talked to a CSR on Friday 4/1 about pre-ordering a travel pack. She said that she would leave a detailed message to the morning crew to have the travel pack ready at opening which was supposed to be 4:30am on 4/2. At about 4:25am, the morning crew walks into the store to begin prep. What Brandee Bybee doesn't like about Starbucks:
I am a gold star member and I?ve been going to this specific neighborhood coffee shop for years and have always been met with excellent, friendly staff here. Well not today?KENSLA (drive through attendant) was terribly rude, horrible customer service, and needs to go back through training on how to be a friendly emoloyee at the very least. Staff is nice as can be. Had a meeting and forgot my coffee so the made me a fresh one as I was leaving!
Although I?ve been to this location plenty of times, yesterday I went for my birthday drink and was greeted with the best Starbucks experience I could?ve asked for! First of all, the drive through timing is impeccable. I was in and out in minutes! And the drink itself was DELICIOUS. But most of all, the best part started when I had told the worker while ordering (it was either Bella, Alex, or Heather I think, though they?re all angels!! that I was going to use my birthday reward. She wished me a happy birthday and when receiving my drink, I saw she wrote Happy Birthday on it. AND they saw my dogs in the car and gave me a pup cup so my little family could celebrate, too! :D I know it may seem small but those kind gestures are truly what help some people like me make it through the day. THANK YOU to the workers here, I?m sure you could never get enough thanks for how hard y?all work!!

Like omg Becky look at that drink it?s half full.. At least fill it up with ice to make it look full.. oh and don?t get me started I ordered mango drags. Fruit refresher and it had much like water in it I could like see through it like it was a window!! No flavor at all.. Oh also.. Like the attitude when like when I like asked political niceness like not them Congress people do? okay now to be real!! Worst service and drinks I have ever had at any Starbucks ever and I?m from Seattle!!
Food and drinks can be hit or missed here, depends on the barista. I love all of the Starbuck deserts except their newest, the chocolate pistachio swirl bun. Barely has an chocolate or nut. Save your money and buy store brought chocolate bun or their other breads
