As for parking, it was tricky for passengers to get out of the car. I've never seen a Sonic so crowded that they needed so many menus. They could definitely cut back on the number of menus, which would not only save on construction costs but also make it easier for customers to exit their vehicles without blocking doors or menus.

Absolutely great service , I went thru the drive thru and forgot my shake , the order taker chased my car down to the stop light and give me the shake. What a great guy . His name was David

Got our whole order wrong . Ordered large and got mediums . I asked for a regular drink and they gave me slushy drinks . Guy at the drive through couldn’t hear us and was rude about it . Charged us for mozzarella sticks and they were not in the bag .

If I could give no stars I would.The manager is HORRIBLE. She’s rude and doesn’t know how to run a franchise clearly. You know why there’s always a long line? Because all the workers are slow and incompetent. The manager allows it and clearly doesn’t care about the business. I can’t wait to see some change for this location because it’s disgusting and I hope businesses does down because they don’t deserve our hard earned money. Cold food. Stale fries. Old Pattie’s. Rude service. You name it. It’s a nightmare.
