Absolutely fantastic food! We enjoyed a variety of dishes, including fried fish, shrimp, stuffed shrimp, catfish, red potatoes, okra, hush puppies, and shrimp gumbo. Everything was delicious, and I couldn't get enough of the potatoes! The staff was friendly as well. However, I did take off one star for the service, as it took about 25 minutes for our order to arrive. I’m not sure if they lost our ticket, but when I i... View all feedback.
What Dee doesn't like about Sea Island Shrimp House:
Got fish sandwiches not very good yet expensive. My to go order sat on shelf until I went and told take out person my order was there and she still took her time. What should have been maybe 10 to 15 min was over 30.Food: 1/5 View all feedback.
I'm not a fish eater , but my parents are. The elderly really love this place. I did get a hamburger, and it tasted great. The service here is wonderful, and so is the staff. The restaurant is always clean . Unfortunately, I cannot rate the rest of the food , due to the fact I don't like fish.Food: 5/5

Very good. Not too long of a wait. Would go back again. Some of the shrimp options were a bit too salty for my taste. But still good.
My favorite place for seafood I’ve been in San Antonio for a few years now this was one of the first restaurants I went to. I’m hooked , the food is fresh and so delicious everyone that works there is so friendly and they stop by at my table to see how everything is. I love it ! If you haven’t tried this restaurant you’re missing out on some good food!
This location has never disappointed. Stopped in and enjoyed a great meal. Sea Island is a San Antonio original and offers a great value for great seafood. Portions are huge and so tasty. Was a little disappointed that they don't offer the Mexican shrimp cocktail anymore, but was pleasantly surprised with the replacement campechana (which is basically the same dish served in a glass and has a little thinner consistency). Staff was friendly and helpful. Always great to stop in.Parking: Plenty of parking. Should not be an issue.
