Sea Island Shrimp House - San Antonio

Decent lunch specials. It's nice that they bring your food to you instead of having to go and pick it up from the counter. Kind of wish our food would have been a little warmer. That was our only complaint, though.Food: 4/5

Great Sea Island to be sure. Food great as always. Servers were all helpful and friendly. Only down side is the place can get kinda loud sometimes because of the layout. But don't let this stop you unless it's a real problem, this place was great.Food: 5/5

Food never arrived after 30 minutes. Had to ask for refund. Cashier never shared non fried food would take that long. Manager brought out food magically 5 minutes later. I refused food as party was done eating. Moment was gone. Temperature in restaurant was at least 80 degrees. No excuses for any of this. Fail.Food: 1/5

Great food at reasonable prices. Go for lunch, that is when you will find great specials! The atmosphere is great and inviting, almost makes you feel like you're at Corpus Christi! Ok, that might be a stretch but it does have that vibe. However, the new generation of employees either don't want to work, ornot trained properly. The older staff understand the concept of customer service. The younger buck's, not so much. They tend to be on their cell phones, gossiping, bringing out the wrong order etc. Hopefully this matter can be corrected asap.

This place isnt great. My burger was burnt and the food came out cold.Fries were hard . The food just wasnt good plain and simple. Ive had better burgers from fast food restaurants.Food: 1/5
