We've been visiting Sazo's for Easter and Mother's Day brunch for several years, and they consistently impress us! Yesterday, for Mother's Day, they served prime rib, prawns, and crab claws, along with a wide variety of other dishes. Unfortunately, the fathers in our group are envious since they don’t offer a brunch for Father's Day. Sazo's has become a cherished part of our Easter and Mother's Day traditions, and I... very nice, very simple, but not what we expected since we visited the website. the menu was quite different from the website. we had made a reservation. sazo even sent us an email reminder. when we arrived, we were told that no reservations were needed and it was open seating. the menu was standard-sub-tarif. in this vision it is dissatisfied. but what was offered was good. We had reservations for Christmas morning but did not realize full brunch buffet would not start for another hour. Ate the breakfast buffet which was pretty typical.
Excellent for casual dinning or business meal meeting
Had 1:45 reservation, but wasn’t told they closed at 2:30pm. Breakfast closed within 20 minutes from our arrival. Took 15 min to even get a server, and the most food being put away. Hated the place, plus the added a 20% tip for nothing. Wish I could rated it lower.
I went there with my family for Christmas lunch; everything was great! Great seafood bar, we loved the cheese station and my mom says it was the most delicious turkey she has ever tried!
Had very difficult time getting response from restaurant to confirm reservation. Christmas brunch was disappointing, stale food items and presentation of food was very low quality. Staff were friendly but unenthusiastic. Dining area was very cold and not very comfortable. Overall disappointing experience, most likely will not return for this event.
