the attention, service and charisma of the waitress Alejandra made a real difference. The restaurant was dirty and lacking maintenance, it worries me because I have been eating in this franchise for YEARS and that was not the impression I had, much less in COVID times. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Red Lobster San Antonio Nw Loop 410:
The wait was initially said to be 5 minutes, and considering it was not too crowded, that made sense. However, after 45 minutes, we were still waiting, which was quite frustrating. I also noticed that the whole restaurant was uncomfortably hot, as if the air conditioning hadn't been turned on. When we finally placed our order, the food was delicious, but after we received it, we ended up taking our leftovers in to-go... View all feedback.

Wait staff too spread out guy had too many tables so basic things were not done.
My husband and I went for crab legs and shrimp and it was amazing for my first time! Loved it, can’t believe I’ve been missing this all these years, lol! Will definitely be making this a usual thing!
As chain restaurants go, Red Lobster is one I would recommend. The food is good, the menu is plentiful and it is consistent no matter where you are.
Very nice meal with excellent service. The shrimp/lobster mini roll and the clam chowder were excellent. My wife had fish and chips which was very, very good with a large portion. Beer was cold so that too was a plus. First time at this Red Lobster, we were visiting San Antonio, but we go there often in Austin, TX.
