They have good food and the service was great. The waitress spoke English and Spanish so my girlfriend and I could both communicate with her comfortably. Thanks to the waitress. It made our dining experience so much more enjoyable. I wish I had remembered her name so I could give her a yell. The dessert is really good too. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Red Lobster:
Checked well was told there is a 5 minute wait. Not many people there so understandable. After 45 minutes we finally waited. That was annoying. I looked at our table and for whatever reason the whole restaurant was hot. Like they don't have the AC on. We literally ordered our food which was delicious but ordered got our food. I have togo boxes and left. Probably not coming back to this place. View all feedback.
Food was delish, and our waiter was great! Attentive and nice. definitely a repeat trip ! Food was fresh and delish.
The mango dressing and coleslaw dressing were very bland. The service was on point.
I was surprised to see how much Red Lobster has declined. The server started off well but quickly lost interest in us. The menu is old-fashioned, the food was mediocre, and we had to request basic items that should have come with our meal. The restaurant was untidy, with dirty tables and an unclean restroom. I would recommend looking elsewhere if you're craving lobster.
Destiny provided us with outstanding service. She was very attentive and responsive. She made this experience very enjoyable for me being that it's been over 5 years since I've eaten at Red Lobster. She definitely made me want to come back and I will be asking for her by name. Thank you Destiny! For it to be only your second day on the job you are doing a phenomenal job! Kudos to management!
On this day, the restaurant was under staffed. With that said, they were seating a limited number of tables, so the wait was longer than usual. We decided to wait it out and I'm glad we did. The food was hot, fresh and delicious. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. The manager came around to apologize for the wait. That was nice and professional. Everyone was very attentive and working as a team. Our food came out quickly and like I said was hot and fresh.
