I am currently on my second visit to this restaurant and the food is fantastic. The prices are reasonable, the portions are generous, and everything tastes fresh. The staff is very friendly, especially the bartender Carolyn who is amazing and even remembered my order from my last visit. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Red Hook Seafood:
it was okay. frustrating, my eating was a little cold, which means that not a cleaner break on the crab. without metal forks to help, there was a lot of waste. my lobster wouldn't pull clean from the bowl and looked undercooked. shrimp was great. taste was good with everything else, just a bit disappointed in the lobster and the amount of additional work still unsuccessful crab experience. Cold beer on tap, very good seafood choices and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Bartender has a good hand if you’re getting mixed drinks … draft beer is cold and refreshing. This is our second visit in two days.
Look,I didn't post any pics, because once the food arrives to the table, it's all over with.Been to many Cajun style seafood restaurants and by far this one is top notch!Service, ambiance, and the bar are excellent!*EDIT*Returned a few days later, posting pics...
I went to redhook today to place an order to go where I was greeted with a really big smile from the Assistant General Manager Erin. She was so great and helpful! She took my order to go and was so helpful and sincere. She has the best customer service ever that I’ve seen in years. I will definitely be going back .
My boyfriend and I ordered take out for our Valentines day dinner and I am beyond upset. We spent $51 for a pound of empty clam shells and a pound of crab legs . The picture below are all the empty shells. There were maybe 15 clams with some meat in them. With each pound we should’ve gotten potatoes, sausage and corn in each. We got 3 corn, 2 potatoes and 4 measily slices of sausage. When I called to inquire what each were suppose to come with I was told I was missing 4 potatoes, a corn and sausage and that I could drive back 20 minutes to get it. Definitely not at all worth what we spent.
