Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - San Antonio

This location has one of the fastest ride thrus on the north side. Very friendly young lady worked the trip thru her cookies were so buttery shout-out to cook Friday night 1/20/23.

Was here with my son the other day. We ordered two chicken sandwiches and a popcorn chicken. We were greeted with nothing but a friendly, friendly attitude.... Places our order.... the polite employee informed me that the popcorn chicken would be about 20min until they were ready and I had no objections. My order was hot and fresh as it should be....Shout to the very friendly and professional manager of this location (I-10/DeZavala) as well as for performing a very clean and welcoming facility. Obviously, you and your employees are the reason why I always turn to your location when I long Popeyes every time. Whatever side of the city I am. Exceptional customer service is becoming more and more rare in these days and I really do value, appreciate and like to spend and consume again. Thank you for giving me what I want every time without regret. I appreciate it and I like to speak and really honest because there are people who read these customer reviews....solly looking for a business that checks all boxes when it comes to satisfying experiences and customer service....so whoever you are....this Popeyes is the one you are looking for....?

These people are not only slow, they are unprofessional and careless. Robert is the worst! His own employees don't like working with him. The thinning area was annoying and Robert took driving orders to repair the money and their food. And they're not young when they grab the rolls to put on the sandwiches. So nasty.

We've been here several times, but today it was very different. I misunderstood the prices on one of their products after completing the transaction on Drive thru. I went in to see if I could clarify something. The gentleman who served the drive thru and the lady who served Din in the customer went beyond and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with everything. Thank you to both of you. You're amazing! P.S. The chicken was great too!

This is down right embarrassing. Food was disgusting and cold. Chicken was rubbery and awful. Even the soda tasted bad!! Charging 4 dollars for side, you forgot half of them. GET IT TOGETHER PEOPLE!!!
