Not the best pho I’ve ever had, but definitely not the worst either. I finished the bowl, and I found it was quite hearty in terms of vegetables, but a bit lacking in tofu. The menu features two very similar options: a vegetarian noodle soup with vegetable broth and a tofu and veggie pho, which uses beef broth. So, just be cautious when ordering. The food was delicious and served quickly. The server was very polite and made sure our drinks were always full. I will definitely return for this veggie broth, klobige suppe.
The chef was extremely friendly, and the service was excellent. We enjoyed the vegan pho, pantle noodles, and vegan spring rolls. When we ordered, they mentioned wanting the veggie bread.
The vegetarian soup (the vegan is) was excellent! it had many nice and tofu. they had many vegetarian options and many vegan options as well
My favorite Pho restaurant. Charlie and Kathie (owners) make us feel like family when ever we come. Their vegetable Pho is the best I’ve ever tasted.
