Pho Berni Express - Feedback

What Vince S doesn't like about Pho Berni Express:
Did not meet my expectations... Zero flavor! The best item was the egg drop appetizer soup and water with lemon slice. I had a combination vermicelli bowl that had an odd flavor that I can't put my finger on. It was the way it was prepared/cooked. One of the better Vietnamese restaurants in SAT and I believe it's been around for some time! Sadly with inflations the prices are pretty crazy.
