Contribute FeedbackPF Chang's has seen significant shifts recently, reflecting a blend of consistent service and fluctuating food quality. While some patrons cherish the familiar Chinese-American fare, others lament changes to beloved dishes and shrinking portions. The service has been a bright spot for many, with attentive staff ensuring a pleasant atmosphere despite some hit-or-miss experiences. Newer employees may struggle with menu knowledge, leaving guests feeling undervalued. Overall, while there are commendable elements to this chain, the dining experience remains uneven, prompting mixed feelings about potential future visits.
Celebrated 3 birthdays lots of dessert treats and fun
Arrived on time. Waited 30 minutes for our reserved table and left without being seated. It was a busy Sunday but reservation should honored in a timely manner. Good food we dine here often and usually this is not a problem.
The staff says they can’t see open door reservations.
It is clear that this restaurant chain is undergoing some major internal changes, as reflected in their menu. Unfortunately, some of my favorite dishes, such as the sea bass and bulgogi steak, are no longer available. The portions, particularly the salmon filet, seem to be smaller. Additionally, other entrees are not as satisfying as they once were. Furthermore, many of the previous wait staff members are no longer working there. These changes make me hesitant to consider returning to this restaurant in the future.
The experience was average. There was a lot of confusion at the hostess stand despite the few people in the restaurant. We were not greeted and felt like we were interrupting something more important. The server seemed overwhelmed and never checked on how our meal was or if we needed anything. We had to flag someone down each time we had a request. Overall, we wouldn't return as there are other restaurants in the area that offer a better dining experience.
