What Lacey M doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I normally come through here, and I have never had a problem. Today I went through and got their new cordon bleu sandwich. This is the only thing I've eaten today and that's OK because it was a big sandwich. Three hours later I have food poisoning. Having to pull over and vomit on the side of the road. Be very careful of the sandwich at this location. Now I know I'm in for at least 2 to 3 days of struggling with food... View all feedback.
I spent $14 on two grilled cheese sandwiches. They were essentially a huge slab of processed cheese on plain bread. The cheese wasn't fully melted and my kids were repulsed by it. Panera has really gone downhill.
I had a very enjoyable meal. Despite not being here for long, the consistency in quality of the food was something I really appreciated.

I only gave this restaurant 2 stars because of their pizza. They should stop selling pizza and leave it to the professionals. Everything else at the restaurant seems to be good.
I have visited this Panera Bread location twice now, with the first visit being 2 months ago. Both times, I was disappointed to be told that there were no avocados available for the Chipotle chicken avocado sandwich. During my initial visit, I made a joke about receiving a discount for not receiving what was advertised, but the staff member responded with a bad attitude. This negative experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Despite giving the restaurant a second chance after two months, I was once again informed that there were no avocados available. This inconsistency is unacceptable, and the management needs to address this issue. The cashier's service was lackluster, and for a location in an affluent area, the overall experience was disappointing. The restaurant definitely needs to improve its quality and customer service.
