Paciugo Gelato Caffe - San Antonio

I found a hair in my ice cream, and when I brought it to the attention of the staff, the server just took it to the back and returned with a dismissive attitude, asking, "What do you want?" They didn't even try to apologize. It was really unprofessional; if you're unhappy with your job, perhaps it's time to move on.

We were pleasantly surprised by our visit! The gelato is truly authentic, and the milkshakes were incredibly delicious as well. The prices were reasonable, and we would definitely return.

Absolutely returning! The food was delicious, and they allowed us to sample as many flavors as we wanted. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful, providing great service. This was just a small scoop with two flavors. There was a bit of a line, but the short wait was definitely worth it. I’ll be back for sure!

We had a great first time visit to this gelato cafe! The flavors we tried mint, hazel nut, and root which were all delicious. The customer service was exceptional, as the staff took the time to explain all the options available. The seating both indoors and outdoors made for a comfortable experience. The indoor lounge area with ample sunlight was a wonderful touch. It’s a perfect spot to enjoy some gelato .

A unique concept... good flavor and variety... if someone suggests it o would go... it's not my first pick on my own.
