It is open to the public with bar seating available on a first-come, first-served basis, while other tables require regular reservations. What MarkT doesn't like about Otro:
Despite having a reservation, there was no table set aside for us when we arrived at the restaurant. We were instructed to find an available table ourselves. While the tuna tostada was delicious, the shrimp cocktail fell short of our expectations. Unfortunately, we do not plan on returning to this establishment. View all feedback.
Great bar over the river to foot. the drinks were delicious, the ambiente was nice and the service was good.

A very special place vibe, architecture and staff. Ask for Joan (Jo On) for the Into The Thick' cocktail a gentleman and a perfect drink.
