This restaurant was top-notch in every way! From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. Despite being short-staffed, we were seated quickly, our orders were taken promptly, and drinks and appetizers were on the table within 5 minutes. The food was delicious and served hot. Automatically loses a star due to the fact that they charge for chips and salsa now. I ordered the chicken Alambre and it was 95% tomato’s the few bites of chicken I did have were good. Wife ordered the street tacos and they looked good but both the corn tortillas and the meat were obviously not fresh. And she bit into a small bone. Nicha was underestimated. I'm counting it five stars. The food is delicious, and reasonable price, our waiter, Ceasar was extremely polite and checked on.
This is a great, authentic Tex Mexican restaurant where eating is great, and so is the service. everything here is great if you want real san antonio.

I had a good experience at this restaurant. I visited on a busy Saturday night, which indicates that it is popular among customers. The food and service were both enjoyable. It is advisable to be prepared to park at a nearby parking lot during busier times.
Everything at the restaurant was great except for the lemonade. It cost $3.89 for a 32oz glass according to the receipt, but it only tasted like a lemon had been briefly passed over the glass, with no additional flavor.
