Never GET THE WAITER SERGIO I think that's his name), worst experience ever. I gave this place more than 3 chances. This guy will LITERALLY TAKE OFF right after you order one item. And he literally runs around like a chicken without a head. Like come on dude. I'm clearly not done telling YOU WHAT else I NEED/ASKING for. I took it it to go, but, man, those honey barbecue wings were GOOD.
Staff could be more attentive out on the floor- not just the “regulars”.
Food was delicious. Service was unorganized once we walked in. We sat at a table and after waiting a while someone informed us we needed to move over to a different section because they didn't have anyone servicing that section. After moving to a section we still wait 15 min before we got attended to and finally got our menu and ordered drinks. Food took a while to be served. Took about 40 min since we walked in to finally get our food with only 2 celebrations going on and plenty of seating.
This place was awesome me and my boyfriend went to eat there after work. David was are server and he was amazing. He was funny and polite and was very helpful. Loved that he would keep checking on us to make sure we were good. Awesome service! The food was also good. We will definitely come back to eat here again.
The waiter would disappear, no customer service skills at all. Food was cold.
