Milano Italian Grill - San Antonio

I absolutely adore this restaurant! The shrimp Milano and salads are fantastic, the bartenders are top-notch, and on the weekends, they have live entertainment. If you enjoy saxophone music, Johnny performs every other Saturday. You won't be disappointed - cheers!

Every New Year's Eve, my family has a tradition of eating escargot. We usually get it from Groomers Seafood and cook it at home. Unfortunately, we couldn't find any this year. I remembered that Milano's escargot was always delicious, so I ordered some through DoorDash on NYE. They saved our family tradition! The escargot was packaged beautifully and incredibly tasty. Thank you, Milano's!

This was our first visit to this restaurant. The eggplant parmesan and kids' cheese ravioli were delicious. The restaurant ambiance was pleasant and the service was decent. The only issue we had was that the waiter automatically added a 20% gratuity to our bill. While I usually tip generously (often more than 20%), I believe that the amount of gratuity should be left up to the customer. I can understand adding gratuity for a large party, but we only had three people dining.

Milano salad and buttered garlic pasta were excellent. Chicken Marsala was good but sauce had a bit too much wine flavor. Server was attentive and courteous. Great lunch! Will visit for dinner next time.

It was good but it was box pasta and one of our dishes had heavy ketchup flavor that kill d the taste of Italian flavors. In my opinion a lot of short cuts taken away from the homemade flavors that didn’t match up to the prices. I feel homemade pasta would elevate and make all the difference in quality.
