I've been a fan of Merit for many years, and recently, I've been visiting this location more frequently, and it never disappoints. I appreciate the open and spacious atmosphere, with plenty of seating options available inside. While it's not on the menu, I absolutely adore their honey latte. I really wanted to like merit, but it was a no for me. I tried it several times, and I just can't. the coffee doesn't taste good. the matcha too. no good taste, just simple. she was pretty tho, but she didn't taste good. great place to study alone or with people. to get me out of this to get me to merit, no. Love the coffee from here, so good! You have to try the Gracia Familia when they have it instock so good!
Me and my friend went to this location and were super excited to get coffee art as we had never had it before. The barista, a young blonde woman with glasses in a gray sweatshirt, was very rude to my friend. When we were questioning about the latte art, she was being rude and was aggressive when handling his food. She aggressively threw his burrito in the microwave and a male coworker behind the counter called out the name Mohammed when his food was done. My friend is not of Asian descent and we were very offended by this comment. We will not be coming back to this location again. The latte was also not good. If you want to be treated horribly and sarcastically, you 're welcome to come to this location.
The only issue I have with Merit is how pricy their Chai Latte (admittedly made from a concentrate) is. Other than that, ain't nothing wrong with the product, the surroundings, or the folks. Great service!!
The matcha latte just tasted like milk lmao I paid $20 for two 16 oz of green milk
Great spot. My family and I went in the evening. It was chill and the ambiance was great. I had a delicious chai latte with oat milk. I recommend this spot if you work or study in the area.
